Materials:
3/4 skein black Utopia Spanish yarn.
1 1/4 spools black knitting silk.
2 pair steel needles No. 13.
1 fine steel crochet hook No. 5.

Directions:

In knitting these wristlets 2 threads are used instead of 1 (1 of wool and 1 of silk).

Cast 20 stitches on each of 3 needles, or 60 in all. K. 2 and p. 2 alternately for 5 inches and bind off.

With silk and crochet hook finish the edge at top and bottom with a shell of 5 d. c. in each rib of knitting, fastened down with 1 s. c. in each rib of purling.
